This is a story about coffee. Not your average account of where coffee comes from but a more passionate tale about how Moonbean strives to bring you the best in coffee. Our cafĂ© and roastery located in the heart of Toronto’s Kensington Market is where our search for excellence takes place.
We begin by selecting only the highest grade of green coffee from countries worldwide then roast them in small batches to gently coax out their individual nuances and characteristic traits. Whether our coffee comes from a single estate or micro lot, is Certified Fair Trade or Organic, Rainforest Alliance or other certified bodies, quality will always be the deciding factor.
